Air Operated Conveyors

EXAIR's compressed air operated Line Vac connects to standard hose or tube up to 6" and threaded pipe up to 3 NPT to create a powerful in-line conveyor. Line Vacs are ideal for moving large volumes if material over long distances with minimal compressed air. Material flow rates are easily controlled with a pressure regulator and offer optional brackets for easy mounting and installation. With no moving parts or electricity, these air conveyors come in multiple materials and sizes to fit your application.

Line Vac

Line Vac use a small amount of compressed air to convert ordinary pipe, hose, or tube into a long distance conveyor.

Threaded Line Vac

Threaded Line Vac provide the same outstanding performance as the Line Vac with the added benefit of common threaded fastening. The standard threading allows easy attachment to common plumbing pipe and fittings.

Heavy Duty Line Vac

Heavy Duty Line Vac are engineered to provide even higher performance than EXAIR's standard Line Vacs. Its hardened construction resists wear from the toughest materials and the increased output allows higher volumes of material to be transported over longer horizontal and vertical distances.

• More than 50% higher throughput than standard Line Vacs
