Air Amplifiers

EXAIR Air Amplifiers are a simple low cost way to move air, smoke, fumes and light materials. Using a small amount of compressed air, Super Air Amplifiers pull in large amounts of surrounding air to produce high volume, high velocity outlet flows. Utilizing no electricity and no moving parts the Air Amplifier is long lasting and is a great solution for venting welding smoke, cooling hot parts, distributing heat in molds and ventilating confined areas.

Super Air Amplifier

EXAIR's Super Air Amplifiers are patented to reduce compressed air use and increase ambient air amplification. They move a large amount of air by creating a uniform, focused, high velocity blast of air that draws in surrounding air for an amplified output. Great for ventilation, circulation or cooling hot parts.

• Up to a 25:1 amplification ratio of surrounding air to compressed air

• Compact design with no moving parts includes a two bolt flange for mounting

• Temperature rated up to 275°F (135°C)

• Meets OSHA noise and pressure requirements

Adjustable Air Amplifier

Air Amplifiers have the benefit of an infinitely adjustable air gap which increased or decreases flow and force. They have the same advantages as EXAIR's Super Air Amplifiers plus they are available in stainless steel for higher temperature and corrosive environments. Ideal for work areas with constantly changing conditions.

High Temperature Air Amplifier

Air Amplifiers ideal for circulating and moving hot air to surfaces requiring uniform heating. Commonly used in ovens, furnaces, and large molds.
